Dep. FM Loverdos to take part in the World Conference of the Cyprus Diaspora 2025

Deputy Foreign Minister Yiannis Loverdos will visit Cyprus from Tuesday until 28 August to take part in the World Conference of the Cyprus Diaspora 2025. 

During his visit to Cyprus, Loverdos will meet with the President of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides, with Archbishop of New Justiniana and All Cyprus, Georgios, as well as with the President of the House of Representatives, Annita Demetriou. He will also have a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Constantinos Kombos.

The Deputy Minister will visit the military cemetery of the “ Makedonitissa Tomb,” the “ Imprisoned Graves,” and the ELDYK military camp in Malounta, where he will lay wreaths.
Finally, the Deputy Minister will also hold a meeting with representatives of associations of Greeks residing in Cyprus.
