The International Colloquy will take place at the University of Sydney between 15 and 17th November. The event is hosted by the International Organising Committee – Australia – for the Restitution of the Parthenon Marbles (IOC-A-RPM) with the support of the British and American Committees. Using a number of modern technologies the event will give the opportunity to academics, activists and supporters from around the world to discuss the significance of the Parthenon as a Global Icon and the subsequent 200 year old cultural property dispute over the separation of the Parthenon Sculptures from the monument.
