The scheduled Australian tour of Natasa Theodoridou has been postponed due to “unforeseen circumstances” according to the promoter and an announcement by the singer.

A statement issued by Natasa Theodoridou today via the promoter reads “My beloved friends, our planned concerts in Australia -unfortunately- have to be postponed due to unforeseen – circumstances, making it not possible for our group to travel near you. But, I promise you that I -and the rest of us -will meet you in the near future to sing together. Due to my busy schedule and venue availability the new dates are June 2nd and 3rd 2023. Natasha Theodoridou.”

The loved singer would have been joined on stage by friend and fellow laika singer Kostas Karafotis.

Promoter Giant Entertainment also issued a statement following Theodoridou’s announcement offering a refund link to the fans that have bought tickets via Ticketmaster for those that cannot attend the new dates.

“Your tickets will be valid for the new dates and you don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets, which will be honoured at the new dates,” the statement explained.

Natasa Theodoridou spoke to Neos Kosmos earlier this week, before the postponement of her 2022 Australian Tour sharing her excitement for visiting Australia and singing for the Greek diaspora Down Under for the first time in 10 years.
