AHEPA Supreme Convention Update

The AHEPA rate for Monday June 29 is now SOLD OUT.  The hotel still has a few rooms available for Monday, but the rate starts at $219 and will increase from there based on the availability at the time you make your reservation.

The AHEPA Rate for Tuesday June 30 is now SOLD OUT.  The hotel still has a few rooms available for Tuesday, but the rate starts at $219 and will increase from there based on availability at the time you make your reservation.

The AHEPA rate of $179 is currently available for Wednesday –Sunday, the deadline for this rate is June 8, 2015 OR until we sell out of the rate, whichever comes first.  We have about 60 rooms left at this rate on those dates.

The AHEPA Convention Delegate registration page is up and running.  If you have been elected a delegate or you wish to register as a GUEST, please visit the AHEPA web site to purchase your delegate/guest package.

Onsite registration is $100 additional, so act today ASAP! Please make sure you register quickly in an effort to have headquarters prepare everything in time

The convention promises to be a wonderful event, please make sure you get your reservation completed as quickly as possible as we cannot control what the hotel does after the rooms sell out. Rooms at area hotels are selling for about $400 per night.

There are a limited number of Concierge rooms still available for $279 per night during our stay which includes access to the Regency club and breakfast daily as well as snacks and other benefits. Again these are limited rooms so please act quickly if interested.

If you have problems with the hotel reservations, headquarters can supply the name of our convention manager who has agreed to assist in resolving any room rate issues.  Please note that headquarters staff has no control over the hotel rates and we are limited to the terms that have been outlined above.
