It will become an important showcase for directors, theatre groups, and performers on the local and (as we expand and grow) the international level. The Festival will feature an exceptional collection of the boldest, brightest theatre artists in NYC as they immerse themselves in the great works of Euripides, Sophocles, and Aeschylus!

The Leonidas-Eftychia Loizides Theatre Group (loizidis.com) in conjunction with LeonidasEftychia Inc are organizing the festival and have produced three years of successful runs at Off-Broadway theatres in New York: Aeschylus’s Oresteia (2010) and Euripides’ Iphigenia in Tauris (2011), and Euripides’ Helen, which have toured the US, Canada and Europe.
